Inclusion Support Services:
The Inclusion Support Services program is currently recruiting for the following full time position of Inclusion Specialist.  Resumes can be sent to the attention of Belkis Vidal:  bvidal@ecctampabay.org.

Inclusion Specialist:  The Inclusion Specialist provides coaching, guidance, training, and consultation to early education providers in childcare and family childcare home settings with the goal of supporting the developmental, social-emotional, and other needs of young children birth to 5 years old. The Inclusion Specialist also works with families in community and home settings to ensure needs are being met across primary caregivers in the child’s life.  A Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, special education, social work or a related human services field and two years of experience in case management in early childhood is required.  A bilingual candidate who is fluent in English and Spanish is required.  Qualified applicants must have knowledge of early childhood development including strategies for working with children who demonstrate behavioral challenges and/or developmental delays. Knowledge of child observation, early education settings, family supports, inclusion services, and early childhood developmentally appropriate practices preferred.  Work settings include early education sites and home visiting. Applicants are able to conduct office work through a combination of agency office space in Brandon and working from home at the discretion of the Program Manager.

Community Developmental Screening:
The Community Developmental Screening program is currently recruiting for the following full time positions of Intake Coordinator and Family Support Coordinator.  Resumes can be sent to the attention of Belkis Vidal:  bvidal@ecctampabay.org.

Intake Coordinator:  The Intake Coordinator is the initial point of contact and entry to our Community Developmental Screening program. The Intake Coordinator guides families through the process of completing an Ages and Stages Questionnaire and following appropriate steps based on early childhood developmental screening results. This may include scheduling for community based screening events, coordinating referrals to other community providers, gathering additional information and documents from families and providing information to families. Other important activities include the ability to track and follow up with families, providing developmental guidance to families, communicating with the rest of the developmental screening team, and supporting community based events such as monthly developmental screening events at different locations in Hillsborough County.  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.  A bi-lingual candidate is preferred but is not required.   The work environment includes the home and office settings.  Local travel is required for scheduled one time per month developmental screening events that occur at locations throughout Hillsborough County.

Family Support Coordinator I (FSC-I):  The FSC-I assists families with all follow up recommendations from our monthly developmental screening events. The main activities of the FSC I include initiating / coordinating referrals and support services, implementing developmental screening recommendations, and coaching caregivers related to developmentally appropriate activities for their child. These activities are conducted over the phone as well as in the family home and/or community settings.   A Bachelor’s Degree is required.  A bi-lingual candidate is preferred but is not required.   The work environment includes the home and office settings.  Local travel is required for scheduled one time per month developmental screening events that occur at locations throughout Hillsborough County.
