Help Me Grow Hillsborough:
Care Coordinator (Full Time)
ECC’s Help Me Grow Program provides caregivers with access to free developmental screenings and ensures children and families are connected to needed community-based services and supports. The Care Coordinator assists caregivers with all follow up care, including initiating and coordinating referrals, supporting the caregivers with developmentally appropriate activities for the child, and connecting caregivers to programs in the community. The Care Coordinator will also assist the Community Outreach Coordinator by participating in community outreach events, promoting Help Me Grow information to child health care agencies, and representing Help Me Grow at interagency networking meetings and with other community organizations. A bilingual candidate is preferred.
Salary: $44,500
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Bilingual preferred
