Inclusion Support Services:
Inclusion Support Services is actively recruiting for a fulltime Inclusion Specialist.  Our services are offered countywide but the primary geographical area will be west Tampa, Town and County, and Citrus Park.  The Inclusion Specialist supports Hillsborough County’s early childhood system of care through ECC’s Inclusion Support Services contract with the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County. Core direct services include supporting childcare professionals, young children, and families through activities that include inclusive and developmentally appropriate coaching in the childcare and family home environments, professional development for childcare center staff, and providing information on community resources and support services. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in early childhood, special education, social work, or a related human services field and two years of experience in case management in early childhood. Applicant must have knowledge of early childhood development, including strategies for working with children who demonstrate behavioral challenges and/or developmental delays. Knowledge of child observation, early education settings, family supports, inclusion services, and early childhood developmentally appropriate practices is preferred. Bi-lingual is required.
