Infant Mental Health Resources
Resources for Parents, Caregivers and Providers
Developmental milestones are abilities achieved by most children by a certain age. Developmental screening can be thought of as a snapshot of your child’s communication, movement, learning, self-help, problem solving, and social emotional skills. Developmental screening is important because it can help you celebrate when your child meets his or her developmental milestones and determine if your child needs additional support. We offer developmental screening at no charge to families of children birth to 5 years old living in Hillsborough County.
